Heat Exposure
For deliveries within Nigeria, It is likely for our Body Butter to melt in transit due to the warm climatic condition of Nigeria. The volume of our Body Butter may shrink and the contents may melt completely. Please be aware that the quality of the Body Butter will not change but as it solidifies, the texture may change, and the content may appear to be less. To solidify melted Body Butter, place in the refrigerator for up to 10 minutes and then leave at room temperature.
Please ensure that the delivery address provided at checkout is a secure location where products will not be exposed to heat for a long period of time. Do not leave items under the sun, in very hot places, cars. or gatehouses. We will ensure to preserve items as they are delivered to you. For all deliveries outside of Nigeria, a heat-controlled environment is used by our courier company.
We do not offer refunds for items that melt during shipping.
